Reload your gift card when it runs low at any HOTLIPS Pizza location.
To reload just let our staff know you would like to add funds to your gift card. Live out of town but want to continue to treat your friends and family? We can even reload gift cards over the phone!

VALID:

Gift cards are valid at any HOTLIPS Pizza restaurant location and can be used in-person, with phone orders or our online ordering system.
For phone orders, have your gift card number and pin ready and our staff will be happy to help.

NOT VALID:

Gift cards are not valid at our Catering (hotlipscatering.com) or Merchandise (ECWID store) sites

CHECKING YOUR BALANCE:

You can check the balance online yourself, or call any HOTLIPS Pizza restaurant location for assistance.

Check your gift card balance yourself online by following these steps:

Proceed to our online ordering site www.hotlipspizza.com/order
Throw any item into your cart.
Proceed through checkout to the screen where you input payment information
On this screen there is a field ‘ENTER GIFT CARD CODE’:

Enter the code found on your gift card and a ‘Check Balance’ option appears:

Hit ‘Check Balance’.

SIZE + CUSTOMIZING:
Our gift cards are credit card size and comes with an envelope.
