We prioritize employee safety at HOTLIPS through our training, communication, facility upkeep and Safety Committee.

We operate a fleet of HOTLIPS delivery vehicles which we regularly inspect and maintain.

DRIVERS PLEASE NOTE

We provide the wheels, but first you’ve gotta be cleared!

  • The minimum age requirement is 18 with 1.5 years of driving experience.

  • All candidates under 25 must have no violations on their driving record.

  • To be hired as a driver a copy of your driving record must be obtained for review by our insurance.

  • For candidates holding an Oregon Driver License, we are able to obtain this for you (with an approximate 1 business day turnaround) when provided with a copy of your license.

  • For all candidates holding out-of-state licenses, we are unable to obtain driving records for you and you will only be considered for the driver role upon receipt of your current driving record. If hired while holding an out-of-state license, our insurance company may request that you obtain an Oregon Driver’s License. If this request comes through, you will have 90 days to obtain an Oregon Driver’s License.

BEFORE APPLYING, PLEASE CONSIDER:

  • We’re open seven days a week and our busiest times are evenings and weekends - that’s when we typically look for availability.

  • If you’re not much of a people person, this probably isn’t the place for you, sorry!

  • We expect tolerance + respect from everyone, always, full stop.
