Ditch the Straw

We were already working on how to quit straws, so we jumped right in when the citywide initiative came together in late 2017.

Introduced as a month-long pilot program, HOTLIPS committed immediately to removing plastic straws forever. Now we offer paper straws on the counter and hold some sturdier ones in reserve for anyone who asks.
