We are introducing 3 great new sandwiches: house-smoked ham or chicken, or delicious marinted OTA Tofu. All 3 have kale and carrot slaw, a little spicy, and are served cold on housemade rolls, baked daily. Ready to grab and go from the reach-in coolers at every HOTLIPS pizzeria, they are all made fresh before every meal period. And the price is right: $4.50. Add Kettle chips and a soda for $6. Plus the meatball sandwich has changed slightly – 2 meatballs, sauce + provolone just $4.50 too.

An all time favorite HOTLIPS Soda flavor, STRAWBERRY, is back! Now with more equipment available to us at our new plant we are able to make strawberry again, and this week we did. It is rich and creamy and jam packed with strawberry flavor. Available in all our pizzerias and some local retailers. Get some while it lasts!

Free Range Organic Eggs

Our lovely chicken ranchers at WAG Organic in Champoeg, OR, brought these eggs into our commissary the other day. They are beautiful, as you can see, rich, fresh and delicious. We use them for cookie making you’ll find them hard-boiled on our GOOD EGG SALAD too. Take a look at how these chickens are raised! While the commercial egg industry argues in the legislature about taking each chicken’s space from 12″ to 18″, our happy clucking friends at WAG have tons of room to roam around.

HOTLIPS Cranberry Soda

Our latest soda flavor is cranberry and oh man is it amazing. No sugar added! Sweetened with pear juice only. The berries are grown at Seaview Cranberries, a sustainably-minded family-owned farm in Sixes on the southern Oregon coast. The farmer, Scott McKenzie and his family are wonderful people and incredibly hard-working folks who LOVE their berries. They are the best sort of partner HOTLIPS could ever wish for, their care and handling of the crop is attentive, their pride infusing every single rosy red cranberry.

We do all sorts of catering at HOTLIPS, from super formal parties with white-shirted staff passing trays of dainty appetizers to office sack lunches to raucous wedding parties and super bowl pizza and beer orgies. We’re flexible because we know you have all sorts of parties where HOTLIPS can help in all sorts of ways.

We also know that a party is a very personal and important event and so we have put all the HOTLIPS catering in the hands of one very capable person, Sam, who resides at the Pearl District Pizzeria most of the time. Sam coordinates all the moving parts. Though we are a preferred caterer and do so many parties in EcoTrust, we also cater where ever you would like to have a party, whether at your home or at another venue. We have experienced, OLCC-licensed servers available and a wide variety of wines and beers, depending on your tastes and budget. Case prices extended to our catering clients.

Party Room at Hawthorne

Ever need a place to have a party but without too much hoopla? Or with a bunch of hoopla? We have a great party room at the Hawthorne Pizzeria, at no cost to reserve or use. The room can accommodate 30-40 easily or up to 75 for a shoulder to shoulder cocktail-type scene. We have had soccer, baseball and birthday parties – for kids and grown-ups – any groups or teams always welcome. There have been art show openings, press release parties, live music and poetry readings. We have even had wedding rehersal dinner parties in there. We are happy to reserve space for you even if you want to bring in a group of 6.

We can do menus that go from a bunch of pizzas and pitchers of our housemade fruit soda and beer to all out catered platters made by our experienced kitchen staff, wine tastings and white-shirted wait staff. We do all sorts of events, and can work with you to make whatever party you have in mind a success. Our helpful and knowledgeable staff is always ready to assist.
