Our lovely chicken ranchers at WAG Organic in Champoeg, OR, brought these eggs into our commissary the other day. They are beautiful, as you can see, rich, fresh and delicious. We use them for cookie making you’ll find them hard-boiled on our GOOD EGG SALAD too. Take a look at how these chickens are raised! While the commercial egg industry argues in the legislature about taking each chicken’s space from 12″ to 18″, our happy clucking friends at WAG have tons of room to roam around.
